What to bring to your first visit
For your first consultation, it helps to bring the following:
- Your medical aid card and ID document
- A list of any current medications, including over-the-counter supplements
- Recent test results, specialist letters, or hospital discharge summaries
- The name and contact details of any previous GP whose records we may need
- For a child's first visit: their Road to Health booklet and vaccination record
You do not need to have everything perfectly organised. Dr Tebogo Setlogelo will take the time to understand your history. Come as you are.
Medical Aids
Kelebogile Medical Centre accepts all medical aids. Our reception team handles the administrative side of your claim with care, so you can focus on your health rather than your paperwork. If you have questions about your specific medical aid plan and what is covered, please call us before your appointment and we will do our best to help.
Patients without medical aid cover are also welcome. Please call us to discuss self-pay consultation fees.
The practice welcomes patients in all 11 official South African languages, as well as internationally spoken languages including Portuguese, with translation support available where needed. No patient is turned away because of a language barrier.
